  1. At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register for the workshop at appropriate rate as per the applicable category and present the paper.
  2. If more than one authors of an accepted paper wish to attend the workshop, all such authors need to register separately by paying applicable registration fee.
  3. Each paper registration (Regular/Student presenter) covers only ONE paper per registrant.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. Cancellations before 15th June 2026 will be subject to charge 20% of registration fee.
  2. Cancellations before 30th August 2026 will be subject to charge 50% of registration fee.
  3. No refund will be made for cancellations after 1st July 2026.
  4. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because a visa is not issued.
  5. No refund will be provided if the delegate is unable to attend the conference because of travel delays or missed flights.
  6. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
  7. If the physical conference is unable to proceed due to the pandemic the event will proceed on-line. No refunds will be provided.
  8. We suggest you have travel insurance to cover all eventualities including the change or format or cancelation of the conference.

PAYMENT METHOD

  1. Kindly email [email protected] to request any official quotation, invoice, or receipt from MJWRT2026.
  2. Payment instruction for international participant (except Japanese participants):
    • Register directly via the EDAS system (Link to be announced soon).
    • Select the appropriate registration type and complete the payment.
    • Once registered, you may proceed to upload your final manuscript on EDAS.
  3. Payment by Cash on the Conference Day (for Japanese participants only).
    • Kindly fill-in the submission form (at the author guideline tabs-Japan) for Finance Chair to issue an invoice.
    • Pay by Cash on the Conference Day (4 Aug. 2026) at the Finance Counter before proceed with the registration process.
  4. Payment only using Local Bank Transfer (Local Participant only). (Note: Payment using Local Order (LO) / Purchase Order (PO) is not accepted.)

  5. Group Registration for non-presenters only:
    • We offer special discounts for group registrations of 3 or more participants.
    • Groups of 3 or more will received discount on the total registration fee.
    • Attendees from multiple departments within the same organization or institution can register as a group.
    • Note that individuals cannot be added to a group registration after it has been processed, and no group discount will be applied to late additions.
    • Please inform the secretariat before proceeding with a group registration. Payment splitting is not allowed for discounted group registrations.
